It includes all of the rules changes for 2010 as related to driver eligibility to compete and conducting an official TDC, including scoring, scheduling, and equipment. There is also a supplement detailing applicable rules for the National Step Van Driving Championships. These rules must be followed in order for drivers to compete at both the National TDC and SVDC.
