ATA's TMC VMRS 2000 Daily Equipment/Vehicle Condition Report for Drivers (Booklets) 
 
New VMRS-based form for recording driver equipment condition reports. Form utilizes both VMRS Code Key 31: System Codes and VMRS Code Key 82: Operator Equipment Vehicle Condition Report, offering two industry standard coding conventions for precisely capturing driver information and opinion on equipment condition.

 

Booklets contain 31 forms each (50 booklets per carton). All forms individually numbered. Forms compatible with ATA's TMC VMRS 2000 system.
