Conference Registration:
Register online or download the conference registration form (below), complete it, and return the completed form (with payment) via fax to (703) 838-1852. You can also mail the completed form (with payment) to the address listed on the bottom of the conference registration form. Once your conference registration is entered by ATA Customer Administration, you will receive an email acknowledging that your registration has been processed. Within one business day, you will also receive an email confirming your registration along with instructions on how to secure your hotel accommodations through Passkey, ATA’s Official Housing Bureau.

All exhibiting companies receive three complimentary partial registrations per each 10' x 10' unit. If you upgrade to a full registration, then you can become eligible to win a fantastic 2011 ATA Management Conference & Exhibition Package. (See brochure for details.) Exhibitor partial registrations include exhibit activities, business sessions, educational programs and hospitality functions. Please remember: In order to attend the conference activities you must be registered as a full or partial registrant.

Once you have successfully registered online, you will be able to secure hotel accommodations at the headquarters hotel or at the two overflow hotels through Passkey, ATA's official housing bureau.

If registering by fax or mail (credit card users only), once your registration is successfully processed by ATA Customer Administration, you will receive an email confirmation (or confirmation by U.S. mail) of your conference registration which will also direct you to Passkey, ATA’s official housing bureau, to reserve your hotel room.

If you need to make changes to your hotel reservation (arrival/departure/cancellation), please make these changes on-line via Passkey.
If you need to cancel your Conference Registration, please send written notification of cancellation to be received at ATA (ATA Convention Services, P.O. Box 101360, Arlington, VA 22210) on or before September 17, 2010, and you will receive a full refund less a $100.00 per person administrative fee. No refunds for registration fees will be processed for cancellations postmarked after this date.
